40 years experiences of design and machining, and company has ever
undertaken the design and manufacuring of large and medium scale dies
for many automobile companies, such as No.1 ,No.2, Jiangling Transit,Zhengzhou
Nissan, Shenyang Jinbei, Shanghai Kohler, Jiangxi Changhe.The company
has 30 million yuan(RMB) annual die production capability and got

The company has many advanced and imported equipment, including
HB4210S CNC milling machine, FSMPA30/KF CNC profile milling machine,
MCV-1700 CNC vertical machining center, VB-1000 CNC machining center,
D218 CNC high-speed milling machine, CHXY-2000 three-dimension measuring
device etc. advance machining and measuring equipment.
Our company is using integrated CAD/CAM/CAE technologies. The
technical ability shows: establishment of digital model,die three-dimension
structure design, working out of 3-5 axises of CNC working procedure,
CNC profiling, transmiting of data, counter clockwise engineering
etc. Engineers and technicians are 40% of total employees. The solid
casting blank, cool steel, sharp edge welding, flame hardening etc
new technology, new process and new material have been adopting
on die manufacturing.
The company is member of China die association management committee,
meantime the company has passed authentication of ISO9001 from "
China New Era Quality Control authentication center".
